It's back to the 80's! One of the hottest teen trends this fall is the return of the 80's inspired tied-dyed fabrics. Mini-skirts, rugged hiking boots, plaids, high end purses–and of course jeans, the skinnier the better–are favorites. Electric shock colors like lime green, hot pink and neon hues that pop create the coolest new designs.
